WOW and Preliminary Preakness Thoughts (842 Views)

I'm not sure how you all factored that track at Pimlico today, but I thought it was quirky. I have to review the charts, but the Special seemed a much truer surface than the early races, as far as pace, winner and time goes. I think it went in 1:55:4 contrasted wiht the Black Eye Susan which was almost 1:53 I believe.

Anyway if the track tomorrow is like it was most of the day I could foresee some interesting developments in the Preakness.

I think those top three in the Special ran a good race.
