Jerry gives out his handicapping opinions based on his numbers. But is is only his best estimate as he sees it. It is up to us to evaluate his interpretation of them, if we agree or take exception to his conclusions. The only advice I can offer is to study handicapping and try to treat the factors as objectively, and scientifically, as possible. The TG numbers and handicapping are very useful. But then you have to draw your own conclusions.
