A while back someone posted some comments regarding how some California track (I think it might have been Hollywood) changed speeds during one particular day. I think the comments came from someone involved with track maintenance. Was 'Bruno' the name? I didn't make a copy of the original post. Could someone please repost it. Or point me to the original post in the archives. This time I will copy it. I thought it was very interesting.
