So the sides are as divided on Cupid being a serious race horse as they are about the merits of the presumptuous presidential candidates. TG will tell us in due time what performance figures were earned on Sat. and that probably won't change anyone's mind one way or the other.

Below I've included some of my notes used in pondering his latest race. Curious as where BB might send him next. Saratoga seems doubtful where it would be difficult to find a race where he has a distinct advantage, He probably doesn't want to run against some of his other charges @ DMR.

1. Fire Mission (25K claimer) usually sprints in the TG 5-7 range
2. Seeking The Soul good race is in the 3+ - 4+ range
Indiana Derby went about one second faster at the mile distance. Speculating that this race approximately TG 5 it would seem Cupid ran a new top.

2. Pangburn good races are about 4 3w-4w this race was slightly faster than the Indiana Derby which is surprising to me.

1. DEPARTING wins by 2 both top 2 finishers as much as 4w - good races about 2
2. ROCKET TIME 2-4
This race surprises me the other direction in so much as it went slower than Indiana Derby. However these two routinely lose significant ground and maybe their low TG #'s are the result.
