Going offshore may be your easiest option. I have been with Sportsbook for years as well and never had an issue. They do have caps on payouts, so if you are betting multi's it could cost you if you hit a big one, but on the other hand there is no tax burden. They give a rebate to everyone on all horse racing bets and often have deposit bonuses. Taking out money is a bit unwieldy at times though they have always paid. Shoot me a personal message if you want more info or a referral. As a full referral, I usually just use Xpressbet or NYRABets as I am in California. By the way, their Kentucky Derby future is TERRIBLE. Three horses from the Holy Bull were 6/1 or less yesterday. Classic Empire was 5/2, Gunnerva was 6/1 and Irish War Cry was 6/1. At this point given the development the latter two have to make and the always present injury potential they might be at least 6/1 to make the field, let alone win the thing. You could have had Classic Empire at 5/1 last week in Kentucky Derby pool (assuming you had access to it).
