The problem is when the system malfunctioned, they should have shut it down. Instead they tried to fix it on the fly. When the "unable to verify" and "bet expired" windows poped up sometimes the bet went thru and sometimes not. I have heard nothing from them as of today and here is their dilema.

- If I bet 100 to win on birdstone, but because of their error it was logged 10 to 20 times my original wager and the money deducted from your account. Are you legally entitled to the winnings.

- If I bet 100 to win on Smarty Jones and it was logged 10 to 20 times and deducted from your account, Do you owe it???

I think there is probably hundreds of thousands of dollars at stake here and I still dont understand why the Bloodhorse and other online media is silent??? This is a huge story surrounding the Belmont with implications to all online wagering services.
