I'm from So Cal. I didn't hear it, but I can sure beleive it. Talk about form reversals. I've never seen anything like it. I've been burned by this guy enough in Pick 3's and 4's to know that you throw out all handicapping methodology and include any of his recent claims. He'll take a 6 year old running 10's and 11's and make them run 4's. They call it Mullins Magic around these parts. Some may call it something else ; )
