Do you think him (Stronach) finally getting around to the rebuilding of Gulfstream has anything to do with the timing of his bid to buy NYRA. As in I am a man of my word.

Also up to this point in time all he has done is tear down the Gulfstream facility.
A new 15,000 seat facility does not exactly sound like a Breeders Cup friendly Plant.

Rebuilding it and two new tracks for 140 Million is still up in the air in my mind. Go ask the guy at Arlington.
