Thanks - New York stewards do an excellent job in dispencing their obligations and responsibilities to racing .
After considering your views on my post and really thinking through the larger picture issues I suppose the N Y Stewards simply had to rule on that one .
If they let that sort of stuff go it could very easily precipitate more serious adversely negative situations .
So Cal is definately a place where one should avoid trouble at all times and I'm wondering if the oppisite can be said about Kentucky racing where the Stewards seem to let the boarderline stuff go , especially in the derby .
