I believe "The Form" has always been the form and the "Telegraph" was an independent handicapping paper. "The Form" acquired the Telegraph and closed it down. I liked the "Telegraph" much more than "The Form."
p.s. TG is state of the art and If you learn about the numbers, you'll become a much more successful better. I did !!!!
