It's of my opinion and was fairly obvious to me that the Stewards missed the call saturday . Due in part to a lack of quality camera angle's to review the incident in question and perhaps a predisposition by the Stewards which prefaced the outcome of their ruling . From my vantage point the horse in the middle of the 3 in question was well into the move to the inside that would have made contact with or impeaded the path of the horse on the inside irregardless of whether or not the horse on the outside came in . I went with the #13 horse Mobil so my interest in the in the official outcome of the race was purely academic in nature . In my veiw the original run order Powerscourt-Kicken Kris-Magistretti-Epalo should have stood . The Stewards at Arlington Park would have done North American Turf Racing and Breeding a Big favor in the longrun saturday had they got the the correct and proper ruling down in the Arlington Million .
