Fractions of :51 1:15+ begs the question is it against the rules for jockeys to wear a wrist watch with stop watch features?

All in all no wonder none of the closers gained any ground. Yea, I realize the track was slow but the near winning place horse, always runs TG 5's so every one else earns a tomato can badge.
