Well good luck ACE it will be nice to see if he can get into the KY Derby for ya. Hard to go wrong with TAP @ 15/1 on a horse that has not proven to be a Tomato Can. The problem is, of course, that to date he's not run as fast as others. Backing him to do something he's never done before deserves a good reward.
His last race puzzles me? Why was he in last for the first two calls. I see from the charts that he was off slow and I think the added distance is probably a plus. Just can't stop thinking that TAP is sort of sneaking up on the KY Derby this year and we have not seen the best from any of his trainees yet.

In looking for an overlay or two I first spotted #14 Aquadini's (30/1) new found speed will allow me to yell at the display screen for at least the first half of the race. Normally I would overlook a second tier colt shipping in from the FG but with a good work and apparently improving. ?
Lucky Lee #10 @ m/l 20/1 s/b recovered from his last, figuring that effort was a bounce. We've learned trainer Servis is good in all categories.
From another perspective, i.e. puzzle horses, and I'm thinking about Admire & Signalman. Colts that were precocious and now somewhat under the radar. Signalman worked well enough in FL before shipping to KY but 5/1 on a colt which needs a last race explanation makes him no better than a sentimental choice.
I guess Ill try and hookup the apparent favorite Vekoma with the above in some horizontals.
Looking forward to great day of racing and some really interesting Derby preps.
