I expect it will happen soon. If you look at paragraph 26b of the indictment against the pharmacy, it lists 14 states they shipped the drugs too. Included were CA, KY, TX, IN, OH and others.

I think between now and the Derby, sh!t's going to get real and and rain down heavily on some deserving cheats.
