Frankels' successes on BC days have been barely mediocre, and that's being generous. IMO 2 simple reasons Frankel does better thru the year in stakes than he has on BC day-and they are not drug related as so many who need an easy excuse why they didn't cash on a Frankel Fav on BC day. First, because his runners have run so well before BC day they don't fire their best. And second, he can't pick and choose his spots like he can the rest of the year. Can it be this simple?
