Not me, it turns out, by any stretch of the imagination. The reference is rather to the wiseguys who, with most tracks' knowledge & cooperation, are using batch wagering to exploit some of the exotic pools I used to bet into in the manner described in the Wagering Systems Task Force Report, available on the NTRA site. Required reading, irrespective of the nature or level of your interest in the game.
