Doesn't imply anything, it is exactly that. If you make all of them whole nuumbers there would be large unseen differences between horses. i.e. 24 vs 25=1 length, that same 24 vs 25^3 is 1.75 L in a sprint [weights being =]; 24^3 vs 25 is only a quater pt vs a whole length using whole numbers.

There are differences in type faces, but are difficult to differentiate. One has to look at the pp lines included for the last ten races to make certain.

Awwww come on, surely you jest....! If you don't know what in the money percentage is, you need to read a reasonable handicapping book or two......

It is a range.

Beyer and BRIS figs also represent different things as the distances change, so it shouldn't be cause for consternation.
