What do you folks think of the "experiment" at keeneland with the point of call technology. I think it is long overdue and will probably yield VERY significant info.
Exact fractions, how far a horse ran, the horses acceleration or deceleration. All without the immense human error we tolerate in our day to day discipline. My only concern in the short term are the Equibase "beta testors" who will have the exclusive access to this info. If it is as good as I suspect and the public wont have access to it they could pull off a few scores under the radar.
