Regarding EPO use, I know for a fact, beyond any doubt that EPO was & probably is being used in harness racing. After the Navarro/Servis debacle, we know it is being used in TB racing as well.

The question is who, the one I know for certain in harness racing, Eric Ledford, who I am naming because he is deceased, was a rampant PED user, and was caught.
Everybody knew and said nothing. He was moving up horses, completely by using PED's.

The race results, performance & times all were suspicious & proved to be true.

So is the only way to know that they are using undetectable PED's is by the performance of their horses? That seems to be a very thin indicator without any further proof. That is my problem, results seem suspicious, without any proof.

Regarding Mr.Dutrow, I was told that his horses receive great care, that he was spending 3k a month on peppermints, admitted to using steroids which where legal at the time he was using them, has had some overages & the Wild Desert fiasco, and the syringes in the desk drawer that might have been planted. Bramlage the vet says he is the best horseman he has ever seen, so has Ian McKinley,glue-on horse shoer to the stars, Frank Lyons also says the same thing.

Dale Romans says that he is half horse.
And so on.
Nobody said that about Eric Ledford, or Navarro or Servis.
