Condolences to you on this loss.

One TGOG has told me that he was running bets for Leon in the late 70s for as much as $5k. . . that lost!

The 2022 story posted by Drf.com and on X/Twitter is awesome also. Apparently he had a dream about the pick 4 numbers. For the LOTTERY, not the horses. In Exact order.

1122. So he went and bought the tickets. $30 worth. It did not come in on August 11th when he played.

The numbers on August 12 the next day when he didn't play it: 1122.

The Drf story and the David Grening tweet (including a photo of the $30 worth of tickets) makes for a story that fits perfectly with everything I've read and heard as well as heard from him on Steve's show.

RIP to the type of character we all love to meet at the racetrack!
