I will once again call for the appointment of Charles LoPresti as Commissioner of Racing.

Having listened to him on the Byk show so many years ago, I almost remember him to be a lucid, fair minded individual who knows the industry completely.

Like all good ideas based on merit these days, I know this will go nowhere. Maybe if he shaves his legs and says he is a she.......nah....nevermind.
