I am not clear on how the "pre entry sheets" and the "final draw sheets" differ. It appears that additional information will be available with the latter. I saw the note about "Jerry Brown's comments" but I'm not sure what that means since I don't think I've seen comments on the sheets before. Is this something special for the BC? Please clarify.
