Thank you. I'm on record here many times about the problems with their methods and data (and that's independent of results), but I have to say a bigger problem lies with the behavior of their customers. Honestly, if I was using Ragozin data and they were refusing to discuss details of a disputed figure on THE DERBY, I would be doing more than scratching my head. I would be asking hard questions-- and that also goes for all the other times those cult members have instead elected to shoot the messenger.
