Bring him on.
Though I am not convinced (not enough
of a record of success administering
racetracks) that he is the man best
suited to run New York racing, at least
I will be able to hear Three Dog Night
or Steppenwolf while I try to handicap
the late Pick 4 at Belmont.
In the words of one Woodford Cefis
Stephens "Those buildings get awful
tall when you cross the Hudson".
And it doesn't seem to concern anyone
that two entities-- Magna and CD--
will eventually control almost all
major racing venues in the US. Is this
a good thing?
