Bull, I was "disengaged" when I read that story the first time and the manifest lobbying for cheating didn't register with me. Upon a second go round, you're absolutely correct. This man was in his way admitting to cheating. They've had it so much their own way, you get a ballsy guy like Shuman and he challenges you right to your face. I agree if they stiffen the penalties these guys will learn you can't train a horse for Kentucky and decide on a whim or a conspiracy to run him in New York.

Mr. Shuman, you don't get respect because we know what you're doing and we don't like it. Clean it up and prove you got real game or hit the freaking road.
