Thank You Donna Brothers (534 Views)

I am not sure if former jockey and now NBC sportscaster Donna Brothers is a TG user, but she sure has a lot of class.

Donna dropped by the scale room at the winners circle at GP Saturday (that's where The All-Star Buglers were hanging out waiting for our call) and inquired why there were so many buglers at GP that day. We chatted for a few moments (amazing how a conversation can hit on so many subjects, but that's another story.......), and when she left, I thought "hmmm, nice lady, nice chat".

Within the next 5 minutes she was on the air with Neumeyer chatting about the upcoming race. My group went out to play the call to post for the Classic and as soon as she heard us begin to play, she became silent and waited for us to finish. Of course Neumeyer kept talking, but this is not the first time Mrs. Brothers extended a similar courtousy towards us and I just wanted to thank her publicly. She is a class act.
