Yeah,
Its been pretty clear from the inception of this current crackdown that Mullins has made implicating statements. I didn't realize that Frankel threatened to leave S.Cal over detention barn impositions on positives. If what Delmar Deb said in regard to that is true, this whole thing may currently be as simple as who has the most effective shakes.
If everyone is forced to use horsemenship and time and breeding instead of enhancers, those that win may shift some from the juicers to those good with horses. Is that a bad thing?
