Why Work A so Called Mile? isn't the workout the 'Clockers" interpertation of what happened? Could it realy ave been a 6F workout with a pullup at the end?

When was the last time you saw a mile workout before the derby? What's this about sneaking in an extra quarter?

I don't know for certain it all just sounds weird to me. Sounds like ot was fast early and was used to put foundation on the horse. I believe the Old time trainer has his ways unlike waht we typically see today.

I think this one belongs with this group and hope the value is there come derby day. He may not win but looking to put him in the exotics.
