What to make of that Derby?

Heres Bellamania's fractions:

22:58
46:08
1:10:19
1:35:93
2:04:10

There was one other 2 turn race on the card. It was not particularly speedy looking.

23.82, 46.96, 1:11.17, 1:37.53, 1:44.60

A maiden race after the Derby went in fast time but the winner wired and won by 7 lengths.

21.99, 44.75, 56.39, 1:09.03

Quite possible the two turn part of the track was slower, but it is the one turn part of it they crawled home on. The track may have been getting slower. It would be interesting to hear TGraphs conclusion for the day.

Personally, I felt the Wood track could have been faster on the two turn part than the one turn part. What is interesting this time is that Bellamanias fractions look very Woodlike, until the mile and finishing fractions.

Timer malfunction? That kind of think isnt possible anymore is it?

The figure on this race is gonna be very interesting.

That track was so hot early, they had to collapse again. This is crazy.
