For a venue and event that desperately needed something good to happen, the Afleet Alex/Jeremy Rose minor miracle may have saved Pimlico from sudden cardiac arrest. You can't move history and what Old Hilltop has contributed to the Triple Crown would vanish if sold to the highest Magna Bidder.
The Racing fans there deserve more than what they are getting from both the Politicians and overpromising/underdelivering Track Mgmt.
No one ever doubted Andy's ability to write, or make good figures, or his own place in Racing History as one of the great Racing figures of All-Time. No the question is will he ever pick another Ky Derby winner. lol
