Spa,

Hes the best horse. The problem is he's gonna be short Belmont odds. Too short to bet to win and I've lost three years running on short odds Belmont horses hooked up in exotics so taking a shot at him may be logical.

Hes very nicely bred though. Silver Hawk, Nureyette, Hawaii, theres others too, that and his style look to get him 12 marks and his trainer is very confident in him. The trainer has done a good job.

War Emblem was one dimensional like Bellamania.

Funny Cide may not have really wanted 12 marks and he got a little too aggressive in workouts leading into the race.

Smarty got too close to the pace and probably was not as good at 12 marks. Still, he could have done it.

What separates Alex is theres no pressure and he's got the right pace style. If he stays sound, hes gonna be tough.

Love of Money:

He's in the Met Mile it looks. That race Wednesday was clearly the best on the card. If it was a public workout it could be interesting.
