Anybody handicap the 8th at Belmont today? The bad weather decimated a lot of the races, but the feature might still be playable, even though they scratched the ML favorite there.

If you look at the PP, it looks like Sabellina has been a little off this year, but her last she was real wide and actually got a top on T-Graph. She has run well on soft turf before and with the scratches, draws post 7. The switch to Bailey normally would be a good sign, but it seems he is getting less and less concsious about ground loss as he approaches retirement (IMHO).

Miss Me, the rail horse, came over well regarded but ran a pretty disappointing race in her first in the U.S., getting a figure that won't put her in the hunt here. But the soft turf today could move her up and I can't help but think that Frankel wouldn't have taken over the training of this horse if she didn't have talent. Her running lines in Europe show strong competition.

Kevin's Decision went from a constant money burner as a maiden, to a hot horse, running almost as big a figure as Sabellina last time, although I make her more likely to bounce, since it was such a big top.
