I make the figures for TX and just checked the Victory Lap race. Only one other horse moved forward in that race - by 1/4 point. 2 others paired up bad back numbers and the rest regressed at least 4 points from their levels. The figure is solid in relation to the other two (not one) turf races on the day and from the subsequent performances of a couple of the horses out of that race.
