A Tale of Two Box Scores (806 Views)

As impressive as Leroids Box Score may be, his trainer will enter the 05 Breeders Cup with something like a 3 for 60 lifetime mark in BC races.

Squirtie Squirt, Clownzapper, and ?

He saddled three consecutive beaten favorites in the BC Classic before the Zapper was victorious in 04.

From the "mildly fascinating but not at all scientific" department, a friend of mine told me that if you go back to the first BC in 1984, and placed a $2 win bet on every BC (all BC races, not just the Classic) starter that went off at 20-1 or more, you show a flat bet profit.

Would be interested to see what result if you back Arcanques out of the equation.
