I'm glad to hear he came out of the race in good shape. At first I thought he was laying off the hot pace but it soon became obvious that he was having probelems just keeping up on that surface. The Donn shows there is no such thing as a "standard" sloppy track, with several of the top contenders floundering, including both Frolic and Suave who had handled other sloppy tracks before.
Looks like this new Gulfstream strip has some unique charecteristics when wet.
