This is a response to a post CH made on the Ragboard, so if that poster or that venue do not hold any interest for you, stop reading.
Let me start by saying that CH has become more than a poster at Ragboard, he has become a topic. Many posters at RB have become disgusted with CH's frequent and sometimes self contradictory posts. To their credit, Indulto and Ms. Joplin have come out on the side of free speech and allowing CH to continue, although I believe they have a slightly selfish interest in the comic fodder that CH sometimes inadvertently supplies.
The reason that I am not responding to CH "over there" is because the event he describes occurred on the TG Board.
CH said on the RagBoard:
"I think (Paragallo) got treated better than Barry Irwin. When Barry showed up he gave them a winner and they still ran him out of town for non- preferred views"
Yes he gave us a winner at the Spa ($7.40). But he also gave us a hypocritical line of BS regarding his "zero tolerance" stance on performance enhancing drugs. Mr. Irwin seemed to be saying that he believed in zero tolerance so long as Mr. Irwin could determine the value of "zero".
CH seems to say that when an Ernie Paragallo or a Barry Irwin appears on a bulletin board such as this they should be treated with deference. I thought that the response of TG posters to Mr. Irwin showed that horseplayers are not, as a certain California trainer might characterize us, "idiots" or "assholes".
