Already took a quick look at the subject Turfway card and to my eye the two Stakes races were slowish, not factoring the wides. Problem is, Wide may have been the place to be. If it was maybe High Cotton's race was a bit better than it seems. There was one fast raw race time by 3YO's smack dab in the middle of the card. If I was looking for a possible standout it would be Skeleton Crew or Final Copy. Gut impression is that you don't have to worry about any Derby horses coming from the Rushaway or Lane's End. But thats not atypical, Turfway doesnt showcase many Derby stars. It would be highly ironic if this was one of the years it did. Brass Hat noted.
