First off, you aren't really quoting Beyers for how good the competition out there is are you? Not really?
Secondly, any decent horse can rip off six panels. Lost in the Fog has not even done that in top company, but the test of excellence for the sprint sect is the one turn mile. A top flight sprinter should have the goods to get a one turn eight marks, and configured in that manner it is essentially a major league sprint. I won't bore anyone with the history of it.
Who knows, maybe they plan the Met Mile for their second start of the year. :)
