None of the 1-2-3 finishers were able to maintain a straight path thru the stretch on Saturday which might be a first.

Bernardini was lugging in a wee bit at the eight pole.Nothing major, but with back to back huge efforts it needs to be considered.

Trombetta said he will wait 10 days before even thinking about the Belmont for SNS.
His stretch run does not bode well for a race in the near future.Ran hard up on the pace-lugged in a bit at the 3/16ths pole and drifted out in midstretch-this guy needs a vacation.Didn't need a head on to see he was punch drunk.

Hemmingways Key-saved ground, but did lug out a bit at the eight pole.
