I wanted to wait until after the 2nd race at Belmont before I responded to you...and it's obvious now why I waited!

Thanks to Bris and TG stats regarding debut winners for trainers and pedigrees; the stable and the fact that the horse worked and Monmouth and came to Belmont to run - Baby Bird stood out as a huge overlay at 10-1.

I learned more about handicapping in Maryland in the late 70's and early 80's from the Big Three than anywhere else with the exception of Florida for babies. The son has talent inherited from a tremendous "sire", and he does like to win at a price which is also something his father enjoyed...particularly on his fall invasions of NY!
