Speaking of the War on Gambling, one of the tellers at Del Mar told me yesterday that they now have a new set of forms from the Department of Justice that have to be completed for bettors of $10,000 and above...I assume it is a derivative of the $10,000 cash bank deposits, but the track is not exactly a depository account.

Anybody know anything about this - like its origin and/or derivation?
