of course the race can't be used and they'll be others like it . i didn't see what the problem was - this fall's well with-in the parameters of the study guide lines ... it's a common sense call , using this type of race would add no meaningfull value in an academic sense , and to come up w / a number for study stake is not a viable idea - specially if tg already has decided for good reason not to make figures for a given race .
