Let me suggest that the 1st benefit many get from keeping detailed records is that you are more judicious in making the wager in the 1st place when you know that the results are going to be recorded. The 2nd & equally important benefit is concrete proof of where your strengths & weaknesses actually lie. I didn't weigh in on the multirace vs single race discussion because theoritically multirace should be better because of the single takeout,etc. However, my record on such bets suggests that they should be limited to certain types of situations at best & the amts invested should be less than certain other bets. My "true odds" line for someone who does not keep records having any chance at beating this difficult game is greater than 100-1.
Sorry Phil, but I don't drink Genny & I don't know or want to know what Pink Champale is. Can you make an exception for someone who thinks he might be able to provide as close to a lead pipe cinch as exists in racing the opening weekend?
