Jerry - That seems fair and a better option then having the other guys kinive and hustle every inch of the way and basically violating the spirit and understanding of the study + the thing with eric is totally untenable ( totally screwy ) and is a red flag . It's very doubtfull they will do what has been agreed to ... The guys on the other side seem to be screwing their own people and if that is in fact the case , then just even " almost " having an understanding w /them will not be possible .
