A couple of days ago the Times ran a story about a device that could be placed in an electronic voting machine to change the voting records. AND... it can cover it's tracks, so there would be no electronic evidence it had been used.
Anybody think of any other uses for something like that? If those stumblebums that changed the BC pick six ticket had one of these things...
