Thoro-Graph sheets for Thursday and Friday, 11/2 and 11/3 will be Wagner's Pharmacy tomorrow, Wednesday 11/1. They will be available online Tuesday night with the rest of the Thursday tracks. Thoro-Graph sheets for Sunday will be available at Wagner's on Friday 11/3. They'll be online Thursday night.
Here's the deal for Saturday, Breeders' Cup day, Churchill sheets. Churchill is responsible for drawing the first two races--entries are taken Wednesday 11/1. Entires are also drawn for the Breeders' Cup races as well, but the Breeders' Cup committee is responsible for dissemination. The committee people check over the entry data generate a file and transmit to Equibase when they feel it is ready. The CD and BC races files are co-joined, I believe, at Equibase and checked again, and then transmitted as one card to customers, Thoro-Graph and others. We process the input file adding our information, print it, check it, copy it, pack it and ship it the our venues.
Unfortunately, the estimated arrrival time of the input file is 10PM Wednesday night, an hour past our shipping deadline.
The CD card for Saturday 11/4 will be available online, along with the seminar, at some point Wednesday night after we receive the input file.
However for the out-of-town hard copy venues, like Wagner's, the full final file may not be available until Friday morning.
We are trying to hasten the arrival of the CD 11/4 input file. We are going through back channels to see if we can expedite delivery. Failing that as an alternative, we can manually input horses and generate a file but there are drawbacks to this approach. One, we may not have full and/or correct jockey data. Two, we may not get all accurate late equipment and medication changes. And to reiterate, since the BC committee controls release of the CD card, there's a chance basic overnight information is not released early, either. Complications.
I don't know how this is going to play out. But that's the spot we're left at right now.
