As I said, the mid-Atlantic tracks (Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, West Virginia) have the most extreme issues, but it's more a question of which trainers than which tracks, and there are some everywhere. There were rumors for a while that they were shooting clenbuterol directly into the horses' tracheas down there. (And on that note, the recent California move to go switch to blood tests for that drug is a good idea).

I will have more to say about the drug stuff in a couple of months. Especially if diplomacy fails.
