thanks sandreadis - i've had some very good teachers on this board , but i've still got alot to learn ...
imo - joe's numbers just looked too strong against the field and i didn't think he was going backwards (just yet) . i thought the rider wisely didn't ask for more than the horse wanted to give last 100 yards or so . handicapping the race 2 weeks ago , i almost settled on the 02X likely candidate 30-1 ml - then came to my senses . next wknd - borderland derby(sun) ,sam davis(tam) , turf paradise derby(tup) & southwest(op) .
