Shan,

It is early but there are alarming stats that generally show that nickle bred stallions are outrunning the big stallions on Poly. It may be way to early to tell but everyone can now see how well turf runners do on poly.Whether that is just a temporary abberation or not is being followed carefully.

Since all poly's are not playing the same(nor do dirt surfaces), it may be a matter of tweaking to get some consistency. The day after the Bluegrass debacle, 1.16.3 for 6f, a ten claimer went 1.10.3 in the last race route, that's a 1/16 mile better(30 lenghts) than GR 1's. Good luck handicapping that!!
