It's quite simple really. If is run upon Polyscam I won't be betting the Breeders Cup in 2008 and I won't consider the results defining as to whether the horse is a champion. I don't like gambling.

First off, you're assumming when the Breeders Cup gets to Santa Anita it will be Polyscam. I'm not sure of that yet. But if it is, that doesn't change the fact that its like Iraq and that a correction is underway.

Tony you can declare being a winner any time you like as you did in regard to last years Derby. It doesnt make it so. The reason Der Teufel may miss the Derby has to do with earnings. But if he wins the Derby Trial he has enough earnings to make the Derby doesnt he? The issue boiled down to which was the better horse. Der Teufle or Hey DominiMON. Theres a great deal of confusion about that among gamblers.
